    SPRINGER or OPEN ?

    Ok guys,
    just got me a TX200 sr in walnut the other day, I'm thinking of using it to shoot a season of hft next year after a small refurb,
    but which class would I shoot it in? Springer or Open?
    Sako A7.270,b14hmr 6.5cm,Weatherby vanguard.223,Browningt-bolt.17hmr,Ruger American.22l,M1903 30/06,Marlin.44 and a fireball throwing m44

    Has to be Open I believe

    Open as above. Can't use it in recoiling as the action and stock do not recoil as one.

    its not fully recoiless though? only semi recoilless, hence the SR ?

    Open - unless you are shooting to some local rules and not UKAHFT.

    Pretty sure a friend told me that the box his SR came in had Spring Recoilless written on it, not semi. I can say for sure that the SR does recoil, but the stock stays steady. I need to e-mail him and ask if my memory has gone.
