The number of threads by folk that have been caught out by this feature (untill they get the 'knack'), and failed to cock the rifle is rather surprising.

Oh dear. There I was thinking they'd gone too far on reducing the palm swell on the HW100 from the one on the old 77.
I do find the red nose a nuisance against the stock though, and the gloves make the trigger a bit hard to use.

Have to agree. I have a b&m tx200sr bullpup. I dont use much as more a collectable. But every few months i take it out for a play out my garden that god dam stupid mechanical feature catches me out till i jog my memory and remember what i am doing incorrectly. Hope they sacked the bird brain who invented it.

Manufacturers why don't you make the tooling for stocks left handed so the right handed shooters have to pay extra for a change..

Is it because you can't possibly put the effing reticles in straight?
please please please make this happen

Manufacturers, why don't you look at what the tuners are doing and incorporate those ideas into your design?
I'd like to see more thought going into piston size and weight, and tp size, for the sub 12ftlb market.

Weirauch/HC, finishing spring ends would be a start...
Stage 1 SFS HW80k with Airmaster Dominator stock and silencer.
Paul Short stage 2 tuned HW95k with a Luke Jolly trigger.
Wonky Donkey stage 2 tuned HW99s
