Help with reloading 6.5 Jap and 7.7 Jap

Maybe a long shot but here goes. Ok folks I have a Type 38 and Type 99 Arisaka and need to start reloading for both. First off I'm trying to find a decent reloading manual that lists both and with powders that are currently available so any recommendations would be great. Second if anyone actually has either of these rifles I'm looking for recommendations on bullets etc, the 7.7mm is .311 so the same as .303 British, there are a few choices for 6.5mm such as those used for 6.5x55 Swedish but any thoughts on this as well. Now the only brass I can find is Privi at Kranks but they are currently waiting for stock.

Thanks for the info, I have seen the hodgdon one, I like Vit powder but they don't have any load data for the Jap stuff, I will keep doing the homework though.

No one got one of these then, I know there not very common but I have seen a few sell over recent times. I know the load data is out there, just looking for more ideas on sourcing brass and choice of bullets.
