    interesting diana.

came across a rare and interesting example of the Diana mod 30 [military] at proteks.
very nice condition trainer version with the mauser style stock with all the correct parts etc.
under lever as opposed to the [r] version with the bolt action, fortunately out of my budget ,although
its playing on my mind as it would look good on my collectables wall.bet it would have a tale to tell bearing
    in mind its probable history.

I saw one of these at Bisley 3 years ago.
    Nice and rare.
    It was £350 I think.

its a super looking rifle with a nicely engineered little loading tap, particularly like the woodwork.
they go for a fair bit more than they did 3 yrs ago regrettably .shame is it would look nice as a centre piece
    of my collection.

    Any pics, Bob?

I looked thro' a Protec brochure thing a couple of days ago but didn't see the gun in question.

I'm sure I'm not alone in wishing to see some photos if you have any...
