.32-40 Brass

Hi all,

FAO's been round and approved putting my Winchester on the FAC..

Does anyone know a source of, or have to sell, .32-40 cases?

Back up plan is to neck down .30-30 cases, but would be good to have the "real thing"

You could try Midway they are out of stock now but may help. I use 30 30 they work ok a bit short. I did get some 32 40 form the U.S.

Costs a fortune and the Win 32/40 brass I tried was not up to scratch. Resized 30/30 works fine, about 1mm short but no problem..depending on the bullet you use. You can also use 32 Win Special, resized.

I got them some time ago, and I got them from Midway but I had them sent to my brothers office in Alabama. I did look at Midway and some other sites and all seem to be out of stock. The 30 30 work ok I took the die apart and sized them with out the centre in and then again with it in as it seemed to much to do it all at once (I messed up some cases)
