Just another "mature moment" Nick. Will Blackbeard be appearing do you think?

@ Captain Bongo: congrats - your recent kind remarks have proved prophetic.

Mick,as you say it may be a more compact gathering catering wise, but could Kev, Thorpey & Co lay on a roast suckling pig on the Saturday - just an idea.....

ps:Will the Bashes official distillers be coming....... please!

I've got to wake up, not seen this thread evolving, John (Blackrider) gave me a nudge about it on the September Bash thread. Not sure if I can make this bash, we may be in the throes of moving house. I have just put the bungalow up for sale as we have first refusal on one that will suit us better and I don't want to miss it.

Have a good time lads as usual, you jammy bxxgxrs.

Fair to say I need little persuasion for this

I've been messing with the old '77 since the last bash so it'll be interesting to hear opinions on how it's going. Need to grab a set of special Nickelbum guides to put in that spring I was kindly given last time if possible too.

All you need to do Mel is get a bit of Japanese Knotweed and plant it in your back garden --- that'll slow your house sale down and you'll be free to come here and supervise TonyL with his sparklers.

I was thinking along the same lines Gwyn.

If there are not enough folks here for Kev to run the grill all day it would be good if he could just do the pork and stuffing cobs late afternoon --- nom nom nom.

I'll nip round and see him today and twist his arm.

Stuff the knotweed Mick, we have enough garden and it's full of plants to put most people off already, it's one of the reasons we are flitting, too much garden, now if we had concrete lawns i'd probably stay.

    Cheers

Pork and stuffing cobs sorted for Saturday night.

Any additional catering will be dependant on the final head count.
