Looking forward to this already Mick. Given the nature of some of the recent posts on this forum, I wouldn't be at all surprised if you had a few requests to put the bucket out at 100 yards

I may have to move all the targets to over 60 yards from the bench and make the kill zones smaller to simulate real world hunting situations.

Thanks for the input lads, I normally try to avoid the FT/HFT rounds anyway and I wouldn't want to be the cause of Dave's marriage breakdown, so April 11th and 12th it is then.

That weekend is normally quite mild with a chance of light showers, so it should be good, I know this because I married my first wife on April 12th in 1986 --- weather was good during the day but a frosty reception at bedtime.

Well, having proved my worth at last year's June event, by hitting my special, oversized, five yarder, I feel confident to move on a little now........

Not sure if there is enough interesting in a tuning comp, but any gun under £100 sounds like a good bet.

How far was that pair of spinners in the far corner on the last bash or the one before (110m?). I hit the smaller one with a .22 '80 (I may have been aiming at the bigger one but what is 8" between friends?)
