    I know Mike

I may have to move all the targets to over 60 yards from the bench and make the kill zones smaller to simulate real world hunting situations.

Poor old Dog, ours always get's the blame. It's as if people buy dogs just to absolve blame. Man up fella and take reponsibility.

Towards the end with our old Chocolate Lab you could see 'em coming.

We're coming by the way, if allowed that is.

That weekend is normally quite mild with a chance of light showers, so it should be good, I know this because I married my first wife on April 12th in 1986 --- weather was good during the day but a frosty reception at bedtime.

It'll be great to see you again, Mike.

Anyway, are you sure that wasn't a typo? 100 yards? I think you mean my SPECIAL TEN YARDS target, don't you?

Ten yards???????? You bloody show-off. Get back to the "Limits" thread where you belong

Be good to see you too Sir. I hope to have a freshly re-blacked and shiny HW80 with shortened stroke and needle roller thrust bearings in to play with.

Well, having proved my worth at last year's June event, by hitting my special, oversized, five yarder, I feel confident to move on a little now........

Not sure if there is enough interesting in a tuning comp, but any gun under £100 sounds like a good bet.

How far was that pair of spinners in the far corner on the last bash or the one before (110m?). I hit the smaller one with a .22 '80 (I may have been aiming at the bigger one but what is 8" between friends?)

Of course..... just waiting for the bits to come back from Mr RichardH - I understand that his re-blacking jobs are superb.
