The Bunny Burgers are excellent, we have them at our HFT events prepared by Lagomorphunter, rabbit, pork belly fat, onion and sage if my memory serves me well.

On a 'country ways' programme on the BBC not that long ago the two guys had caught a couple of medium sized rabbits in an humane trap. Once killed-they didn't show that bit- they gutted and skinned them as usual and then wrapped in foil before cooking on the barbie for about 30 mins. The foil kept the meat moist and it looked lovely!! One rabbit per person apparently served with some salad.
I'm feeling hungry now! Still not long before dinner.

    Thanks Chaps - brilliant stuff!!!

The temp's just coming out of the high 30's over here right now (8pm) so I'm just going to light the BBQ. I feel creative.

Seriously, thanks for all the excellent ideas! Ain't this BBS something, huh???

    regards
