From the examples shown in Hiller's Air rifles book it appears to be a version of the Milbro Diana Model 77. Hiller's pictured example has an identical stock shape, trigger guard, barrel housing and the unusual wrap-around foresight. The only thing lacking is the recoil pad, but Hiller says that "later models appeared to be fitted with a recoil pad". Does your gun have a safety catch on the right hand side of the cylinder, which it would have if it is the Mod 77?

    I have one here.

Perfecta, Series 70, Model 76. Stamped Made In GB.

My first air rifle at a tender age of 12, in 1980, and second hand then and well worn.
Recovered it in bits at the farm, put it together, had to bodge a Meteor rear site on, and it gave me some of the happiest memories of my youth

It seems dam small now though

Both guns are definitely Milbro then. I have a 1970's Milbro/Diana catalogue for their "Series 70" air rifles, but their model 76 as pictured lacks a recoil pad, doesn't have a wrap-around front sight, and has no safety catch. It seems as though Milbro played around a lot with the minor cosmetics on their rifles.

Maybe someone who is good with the search facility can find a post on here from about 3 or 4 years ago? If I remember correctly, it was a Milbro that had been stamped up with another name for another country.
I think it caused a bit of head scratching then.

I found this http://www.airgunbbs.com/showthread....Milbro+foreign but I think there might have been another similar one?

Milbro seem to do this kind of thing a lot. My earlier reference to a lead on 'Case Metal Reacting' led to some old slingshots. To my knowledge Milbro have long made slingshots (no joke intended) but in that case they hid behind "Case Metal Reacting" - they appear to have used any old Trademark on export items. Why that same name appears on a butt pad...?
