Any advice out there on the best all round mould for casting .38/.357 for use in a lever action, general gallery shooting.
I would prefer Lee as the others look way too expensive.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers

The Lee 158gr RNFP seems to be really popular and shoots very well out of my Marlin (sized to .358). Don't make the boolits too hard and use a good lube.
Lee 158 gr swc with micro grooves for tumble lubing .

Lee 105gr swc work great in my micro groove marlin for gallery shooting at 22yds.
No good for timed shooting though as they can hang up on loading from the magazine due to the stepped profile of the swc. But for single or non timed fire, superb over 3.2gr of fast pistol powder, e.g. Bullseye or hp38. Chrono's at about 220 ft lbs on my 18.5" barrel.
NSRA and NRA qualified RCO.
I use the lee 6 cav 125gr RNFP,it drops at 130gr and sized to.358 is great for 25 yard comps,
it is a better curved shape than the 158 RNFP,not as big a flat point,
you can make hundreds in one go with the 6 cav mould,
just make sure its realy hot before you start or you will snap the spur handle off,
