No its not threaded, just for the lug to locate on the rear sight.
There are three holes when the sight is removed on a HW break barrel. Two are screw holes, and the small one at the front is an arrestor pin hole.
Does anyone know if the arrestor pin hole is threaded? It looks like it may be.
The reason I ask is that I will be going out tomorrow to find some grub screws to fill the holes for cosmetic reasons.

Thanks Mick.
I'll have to fill it with a bit of plastic or something.
You don't happen to know the grub screw sizes for the other holes, do you?

You could try a slightly larger grub screw, file down the thread a little so a close fit then freeze it & hopefully do a shrink fit.

Yes, sod it. I've decided to go with the plastic plugs.
I'm not proud.

The difficulty is finding 5mm metric fine grub screws - unless someone knows different.

Given how many people remove the rear sights on their Weihrauchs, I'm surprised someone hasn't started a cottage industry producing M5 x 0.5 grub screws.
Apparently, for somebody with the engineering skills, they aren't particularly difficult to make.
