Nobody knows!
If you mean the first Midas I recall this was a big rifle and a lot of them were FAC.
Not heard of a Venom connection.
Much later Daystate brought out the Huntsman Midas ,a very pretty gold colour version of the Huntsman.
I have recently purchased an early daystate midas with a venom 'trophy' stock
can anyone give me more info on this collaboration with venom
did venom tune the gun or just supply the stock etc

I owned one of these in the 80s
I think it was a standard daystate action in a venom stock mine was the thumbhole version (varminter?)
very accurate at the time when PCP rifles were quite rare.
Im not sure if the guys from venom modified them from the standard. I think someone said once the trigger had been improved.
sorry if this is vague

Rob

As above, I have an early Huntsman that was supplied to Venom as action only, believe they just added stock, unusual trigger sears but great trigger feel and pull.
