The winner of the Dunfermline Airgun Club Kingdom Cup 2005 was Tenika Whytock with some excellent target shooting. Congratulations Tenika! She was competing against some of the top target shooters in Scotland some with international experience. Tenika, who is the daughter of Chris and Monka looks as though she will continue the family tradition of dedicated airgun shooters and followers of the sport in the UK. She was using a custom built air rifle made by her dad at FT-Designs and was supported by her family and her boyfriend Max. The course was set up in the woodland area near our old Club and as been used in the past for Grand Prix standard events as some of you will remember. We were blessed with excellent weather with a slight breeze that made target acquisition in the leafy woodland location very tricky. Everybody who took part in the event enjoyed themselves and it was really good to see HFT and FT competing over one course for the fun of the sport - what a pleasure. Let's hope we can arrange more events were we can target shoot together and test our skills rather than our vocabulary. A full set of photographs and all the results will be available from tomorrow afternoon on our web site at http://www.dac1984.co.uk . Thanks to all who competed, helped set up the course and provided us with refreshment
