    Load data needed

    I have just bought some 55 grn nosler varmageddon FBHP in .243 to try, i am going to use Blc-2 powder.Does anyone know where i can find the load data min and max for this bullet/powder combo.

    I've got the Hogdens reloading "bible", nothing in it, found this tho, not sure if it's of any help...

    46.8 MAX with bullet loaded .243 depth (I doubt you would go that deep) and that is using the previous 55 grain Nosler. If you worked from 45 grains and seated longer, I doubt you would get any problems.

    Velocity 3,779 fps
    Pressure 42,600 CUP

    MAX Load

    Bullet - 55 grn Nosler BT
    Powder - BL-C(2)
    Calibre - .243"
    COL - 2.650"
    Max load - 47.0 grains
    Velocity - 4,025 fps
    Pressure - 49,400 CUP

    Thanks for the help chaps, i had seen the second load Alan has put up and was thinking i would use that as it worked for the sierra blitz kings. I just wasn't quite sure as these are not BT but HP, shouldn't make any difference though i would of thought.

    A friend uses these for fox. Omg! Devastating, only down side is as he runs them at Max there is every chance he will need a rebarrel after a 1000 or so.
