Oaks Open Sights League 2015

Hi Folks
Dates for your diaries for the open sights competition 2015:
All on Saturdays and will start at or around 12 noon.

11th April
2nd May
20th June
18th July
8th August
19th September

As before it will be 3P format with 15 targets, best 4 scores from 6 rounds to count.
Targets are all full size kill and will be between 8 and 30 yards
We plan two classes this year - vintage (pre 1956) and classic / modern (everything else)
Sights need to be as near to original as possible on the vintage class and any form of open sight on the others.
Time to start looking in the back of the barn and scraping the rust off.......

Hi,
I'm sure Charles will clarify.
But think diopters are allowed in the non vintage class. They are only allowed in vintage if your rifle came equipped with them from the factory.
