HW35E restoration

I bought this sorry looking 35E last week. As you can see its had a hard life. Stripped it down and started to polish the metalwork down in preperation for reblacking. Reblacked it today and getting really excited to see the outcome when rebuilt and stock refurbed.

Tis a small world mate. Yeah you get that old girl sorted mate.
Had one of them years ago and just might have to be a next project if one pops up.

Nice one mate- early pics show it's had a hard life but its looking fab later.

Thats not a cold blue is it? I didnt have much luck when I tried one

Thanks for replies.
No bud, its hot chemical blacked. I won't bother with cold blues as they just seem to put a coating on rather than have a reaction to the carbon in the steel.
