Thats not a cold blue is it? I didnt have much luck when I tried one

Thanks for replies.
No bud, its hot chemical blacked. I won't bother with cold blues as they just seem to put a coating on rather than have a reaction to the carbon in the steel.

Ive done a couple of re-furbs on '35s and I seem to enjoy shooting them more than ones I bought off the shelf.
