Standing surely, for when it goes wrong and you have to leap out of the way.
After years of hogging the dining table for days on end while working on guns I have been banished to the garage.
So I have decided to set up a proper workshop and my long term plan is to get a bench lathe. I have used many full sized lathes over the years but never a bench sized one. It may sound daft but in order to set up now and have the space ready does one use a bench lathe sitting or standing?
Many Thanks
Kevin
