Hello Ged, long time no post or so it seems. That is an interesting Innova sight, was it fixed beyond the breech loading port? I guess it would have to be given that it is a notch, would be difficult to use otherwise. I have been 'against' pump-ups for a while (I owned a Crosman 766 and an Innova, too many plastic parts) but now I am thinking that an nice Sharp Ace or Victory would be interesting to own for a bit, maybe even an early Sheridan.
Aren't the 'new' Innovas made in China or someplace with less exacting standards than Japan?
BTW didn't the Turkish original-style Tempest sell reasonably well? I believe it had an uprated spring in it which can't have helped with the fairly average accuracy from this type of pistol...
