    HRPC Home Shoot

    Evening all

First shoot since the Santa special and cracking start to the year. Ross stalking peg 23 was classic, sorry mate but crawling up to the peg looking like Rambo...wish I could have filmed it.
A hard course today and it caught a lot of us out. Massive well done to Dave, 58 today was awesome shooting. A special mention for Mike Foden as well, turned up to see what HFT was all about and got told you have a rifle with you, no better way of seeing what its all about than having a go. Cheers mate, know you had to shoot off (no pun intended, honest) but I really enjoyed shooting with you and look forward to seeing you at the next one.

    Anyway on to the scores.

    Open

    Dave Dawes 58
    Duane Saunders 53
    Terry Evans 53
    Ross February 52
    Rob Smith 48
    Andy Boxall 47
    Terry Lomas 44
    Gareth Jones 44
    Graham Pingram 43
Mike Foden 17 (DNF) (first time)

    .22

    Tarnya West 43
    Jim West 43
    Trevor Reeve 41

    Recoil

    Ben Lomas 49
Rob Farley 43 (standing and Kneeling)
    Colin Muggeridge 37 (all standing)

And spotting the mini whirlpool in the stream was a bonus... pity I didn't get any extra points for it.

    Roll on the next shoot.

    Cheers

    Terry

Not a bad turn out for a home shoot , should have cleared that today . Oh well it was a great way to spend the morning even if I will be cleaning my gear for the next month !

By the way Terry it's Nick Farley not Rob .

Thanks to everyone for setting up today , that was a cracking course .

    Cheers

    Pukka!

Great shoot everyone and the new course is amazing, and set to be even better when the new plinking range is done.

Well done Mike for the first go at HFT and well shot

The new plinking range will be done soon , it's really just to have a smaller range closer to the course for small shoots .

By the way SNOW is forecast for us today , tomorrow , Saturday and a heavy one on Sunday ... Can't wait ! lol

    Cool Snow, Snow, Snow

Bring it on. I've been wanting to shoot in the snow since we first saw the ground. Have already got my thermals ready.
