Just had a text.....the little bugger weighs 5lbs8oz.
Even better news.....the missus is leaving the hospital soon and I've had the green light to turn the oven on! A supermarket curry and a tin of John Smith's shortly, then! Only the one, mind you, work in the morning!

It'll be good to see you again as well Hal --- I still need my bloody orrible dog training.
( my neighbour's dog got run over which is why we didn't ring you )
And we have another returning Boingerman with the arrival of a cheque today from Jed Clampit --- looking forward to seeing you again Ian.
All the best Mick
Congratulations Tone, a great family event.
I've been telling Dave & his pre-teen son Cory, who shoot with me at the Fieldshott range near Tamworth about Quigley Hollow, Boinger land and the April Meet. They're keen campers & airgunners & I hope you'll be hearing from them Mick. Cory can pick off 65 yard golfballs with my 99s.
Seize the Day! Quigley Hollow is a great place to start.
Thanks very much, Gwyn.
As to that pesky little Cory, can we have a twiddle with his turrets?
Can't be having him getting TOO confident now, can we?
The Bash is fantastic for meeting up again with so many good friends. And getting new ones in and spreading the word according to Quigley Hollow will be key to both helping to promote our sport and this very special event.
I've got a few potential newbies I'm working on.

Sorry to hear about your neighbours dog mate.
Your little one won't take much training mate, just a few positive experiences with other dogs will settle her down and any basics like heel work and waiting are easy I you can find the time to put in. Little and often is the best way fifteen minutes a few times a day is ideal.
Looking forward to seeing you all.
ATB. Hal.
