Revolvers are easy. as long as you can turn the cylinder it's OK.
    Volume equivalent.

weigh out your chosen amount of b/p, pour it in a phial, mark the level in the phial, empty and fill
with pyrodex/777 to the mark. Thats your load by equivalent, weigh what you've got and hey ho.
Don't worry too much about it though, its more about finding a constant load that works in your
gun than a gospel load. Part of the fun of muzzle loading is the variables and finding your own sweet
    load.

    Tim56 hits the mark.

However, for reference, and according to the Hodgdon manual, Pyrodex P should initially WEIGH 90% of the same volume of 3Fg

Triple 7 should WEIGH 85% of the same volume of 3Fg.

    IOW - 30gr of 3Fg = 27gr of Pyrodex P

    and 30gr of 3FG = 25gr of Triple 7.

Results may vary according to ambient temperature, humidity and amount of compression.

Also make sure you clean gun & cases afterwards as pyrOdex is more corrosive than BP
