hello just after some advice,just had above gun given ser no 1167474 not in bad nick at all,just wondering what age it is with that ser no.fired gun and its a bit lively,so which tuning kit do you think will be best.thanks.

thanks for that, guns in fair nick so will send off for that tuning kit.are they easy to do,have good instructions.worth spending a few quid on it thats for sure.thanks again for advice.

You'll get it half decent by just giving it a basic spit & polish tune & fitting some nice fitting tinbum guides. For all we know it could be dieseling like mad, with a 40coil titan crammed in there. Rectify the problems & it'll be a vast improvement. Total cost, about £25 and an hour of your time.

Had some great results from a tune as above,debure ,Polish,new style piston seal,a spring sleve made of plastic from a milk plastic bottle 4 pint type .along with a terry robb steel rear guide polished.
I used the o m spring,but after the internal work I had to remove a few coils to reduce power.
Great consistancey so smooth to cock and little recoil what their was straight back into the shoulder .
Very very nice.
I've used kits too but kits alone without the internal fettle only do so much.
Steel guide 23£' new seal 11£
Which ever way you go it should be much improved over stock sloppy rear guide .
Some use a smaller dia spring too with good results for uk limits

cheers lads will have a go next week,be nice to get it sweet and knock some more squirrels off up at shoot,had about 20 this winter not half damaging feed bins.
