See you there. There's more and more shooting items at the show. Usually some interesting old airguns and accessories. Wish the venue had a cashpoint and a bar though!

Anyone going? What's the crack with the preview at 845? How much is it to get in? What time should I get there for the preview? Am guessing there will still be a queue?

Very constructive comment, as always, given the timing.

You are to be commended for the thought and consideration that you put into your brief one-liners, which are invariably grammatically impeccable.

Well it was well worth going, didn't get what I was after (a nice original deactivate 1911a1) but got to have a look at some interesting air guns that I liked below are some highlights
    Webley mk1 rifle in .22 £875
Cased Webley pistol mk1 in canvas case, case original but think the accessories were repro and pistol wasn't the best, £1050
Cased mk1 webley in the black vinyl type case, think it was £975?
Several Crosman 600's ranging from 225-375 for boxed one
One stall had a cased service with one barrel, looked reblued 975
Another cased mk2 with 1 barrel in an older case 1200
Mk2 with 2 barrels didn't check if they matched wanted 750 and it looked scrubbed up, same stall had several mk2's around the 595 with one barrel

Jc militaria were there and looking at the price of there deactivated colts and condition of them I would be very wary of buying anything unseen from them based on the condition of the 1911a1's they have on their website described as good........
