Anybody know where I can buy Webley tempest target grips??

Hi guys I'm thinking of buying some target grips for my tempest,

Does Anybody know where I can buy Webley tempest target grips?? I've looked online but can't find anyone as yet.

I've found a set I would like and they call them beeman grips but I'm really struggling to find anywhere that would make or sell them?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks
    Daniel

Try getting in touch with airgunner.177 on here.
He makes grips for Tempests and I have some and can vouch for the quality of his work.
    Example here http://www.airgunbbs.com/showthread....webley+tempest
The target style grips are not his usual offering - but may very well pique his interest perhaps?

    Another vote for Andy-Airgunner 177.
He has made me 5 sets of grips for different pistols.

He won't make grips for all pistols- just the models he owns.
    But Tempest is included.

    Webley Tempest Grips

Yes, I too can vouch for the quality of work by airgunner.177.
I ordered a set of Walnut Ambidextrous grips and could not be happier.
I am now contemplating another set. I would go back to Andy in a heartbeat!

Here is a link to some photos of Andy's grips.

    The trouble is...

If you buy another Webley with standard plastic grips...You'll end up buying another set of Andy's...
I have had three sets of the right handed grips, & for my most recent acquisitions, right handed ones with finger grooves. The grips really make a difference.

Quick service, great comms, good price.

I've ordered a pair for my Crosman EB9A on the back of this thread! Should get them next week. I'll post some pic's when I've fitted them.

    Ambidextrous Grips

Eventually I intend to treat myself to another pair of Andy's wood grips.

I'll try removing the safety switch so I can get a thinner set next time.

The wooden grips I choose were thicker as I opted not to remove the hefty safety catch at that time. I was paranoid about altering the Tempest after just spending over $300 CAN. I will be braver next time. As long as there is no spring that's going to pop out at me.

    Webley grips/safety(?) catch...

Can't say I've had had any problems with the thicker wood grips interfering with the s/catch on my Tempest, or my early/late Hurri's.

Hi. I'm wondering if you still make wood grips for the Webley Tempest.
