Get yourself on eGun and run a search for 'Haenel 311'. If you cannot find any listed just contact some of the sellers on there selling other Haenel spares. I've been looking for a 49a on there lately as well as other Haenel stuff and most Germans on there I've contacted are very friendly and happy to help.

You can get Original ones in different sizes here:

There where 2 sizes frontsights, one in M16 and one in M18, the above is for the M16 version.
