    HW100 experts please

I have been servicing replacing the o rings in my quick fill hw it's about 8 years old. The question is, betwee the belville washer pack and the inlet valve there is the little piston on mine this sits in a piece of tube or cylinder this has an o ring closer to one end. Which way round does this go oring closer to inlet valve or washer pack, there is an o ring that sits round it on the inlet valve end, it's not this on bout the on on the piston cylinder tube (this also has a hole in it might be the hole position that is critical ?) Any help would be much appreciated as this part does not seem to appear on drawings I can find.
    Thanks

Take a look at the following link:

This should give you an idea of where they go. Scroll down half way down the page.

Does this picture help? The Bellevilles have an allen key through their middle to show how they sit in the reg, and are balancing on a second allen key (the two keys being the ones to undo the breech bolts and to remove the reg/belleville cover plate).

    Thanks

The photobucket picture shows the lie piston and the cylinder it sits in to the left of the block the oring is that sits round the outside of it is on the belville washer end so this answers the question. However the bit from hw owners forum in the first reply shoes two sections (colour) the first on about half way down shows the little piston sitting in the action wth nothing round it where as the bottm similar section shows the piston sitting inside a liner / cylinder with a oring round the outside of it, but the piston in this section is totally different with a long bit going down inside the belville washers.
Looks a bit like they have been constantly evolving the design because a few of the oring positions are also different

    Fluffy or anybody

In your picture fluffy working from the left there is the brass valve then the wee piston 7x1.5 mm oring and then the tube or cylinder that the piston operates in, do you know the size of the oring in the groove on this bit. Not the oring that sits between this and the valve.

I can't remember the sizes of the O rings, sorry.

The exploded parts in the photobucket picture are from a transitional mk1/mk2 gun, probably manufactured around the end of 2004. Genuine Hull Cartridge import, 12ftlb.
It was one of the first .177cal and one of the first with the sporter stock and the better screw-on silencer, but lacked the reinforced cylinder thread which was standard in the true mk2 a few months later.
