    .303 174g loaded with unique.

Is anyone loading 303 with the above. Looking for a reduced load.

Thought about going down the lead cast road, but decided to keep it simple

    1. What's a lead case?

    2. Reduced loads in a .303 using 174gr jacketed bullets are definitely NOT a good idea.

    3. Trailboss is good, BTW - read this - http://207.36.233.89/articles2008/tr...kiss/index.asp

12grain of Unique seems to be a commonly used load at my club using the Lee cast bullet.

There's your answer - low loads = lead bullet.

I cast my own lead 303 and use unique powder, works great.
