    vectan powder for .223

    hi do any of you use vectan in your .223 iam looking for some info for loading 75grain a-max in mine using powdwe from the vectan range as the local gun dealer is stocking it.

    SP7. Kicks out the 75gr. A-Max at 2900 fps + without a problem in my Savage M112. Still supersonic at a thousand according to the butt marker. Pracically the same load by weight as for N140, but SP7 being denser means I can seat the bullet without it compressing the powder.

    Who is the dealer?
