Thumbs up Birchwood Casey Aluminium black

    Hi all,

Just thought I'd recommend Birchwood Casey Aluminium black as I used it on my Airsporter loading tap and it's brought it up a treat, nice black finish, although it comes out matt black at first, once a little oil has been wiped over it, it makes it shiny, going to attempt the trigger block next.

Also their rust and blue remover is excellent.

The next one I do will be anodized, had a TX trigger block done recently and it is 100% perfect

I had thought about that with the Airsporter block but there is too much steel on it that needs removing before hand, also has plastic inserts to keep the trigger adjuster screws from moving and I'm unsure if they would survive the process, plus it's trying to find someone who does anodizing.
