    Hammerli AR20 Regulator Diagram

    Hi
Does anyone have a diagram showing both high and low regulator washer stacks.
I managed to find a Youtube video that's pretty good, but he only shows the low pressure washer stack.
    Can anyone please help.
    Thanks

I've got a photo I found somewhere, not sure which reg it is, it has a red O ring towards one end, does that help you identify it?

From what I can see, the washers are arranged in pairs. There are 12 altogether. Starting at each end they point as follows; two in, two out, two in. That means numbers 2 and 3 are nose to nose, so are 6 and 7, and 10 and 11.

    Any use??

    Thanks Rich
I'm thinking maybe buying an AR20 was a big mistake.
Trying to find replacement parts is really tough.
Plus trying to find diagrams of parts is equally tough.
Not a bad gun but heaven help you if it goes wrong.

There has been a complete brand new reg for sale on STB lately.

Using the noting system as above, my photo shows:

A great big thank you to both Rick and Gecko for the invaluable advice.
OK I've reassembled the gun and shot two 10 shot strings.
    Here are the results.
    First string:-762 744 748 747 748 744 743 746 744 737
    Second string:-748 749 748 750 747 750 742 744 745 751
They were shot over a Beta Model Chrony with JSB Exact 8.44gr .177 pellets.
That makes it around 10.5 ft/lbs a little low but a little tweak of the grub screw should get that up to 11.5 ft/lbs........HAPPY DAYS

The reason behind the regulator strip was a string of 6, I shot using the same pellets and Chrony.
    Here It is:-613 731 727 641 733 657
As you can see there was a slight problem.
    Anyway thanks again chaps.

By the way I have copied and pasted the little diagrams onto a Notebook file and saved them on my PC.

As long as you can get at the grub screw. It's not easy to reach; you may need a long series allen key.

I set mine to 770fps i just found it more consistent over the whole fill from 200bar to 70bar.
I would give the AR20 a good try it really is an accurate gun, cant say ive shot a gun anymore accurate and that includes the big boys.

I milled the shroud of mine and made a long wood hampster, Nick G made me a ally butthook and spacers to get the lenght of pull bang on, UK Niel made me a Air stripper.

I persevered with a mark 1 EV2 for nine years, and nine days with the AR20 convinced me it's a better rifle.
