    Removed the action this afternoon, this has bedding compond in the stock, but has the name ? G URE written inside, any one know who he is /was

    Garry Ure, he used to have a GC2. Lives up near Kilsyth.

    Very nice GC2 mate!
    The quick release sling swivels were made by a firm called `Millett`
    they have long gone! .....

    Yes I have a GC2, Mk1 ser. 028 in a Kobayashi sporter stock!

    love to see that, he made work of art stocks, heard he had to stop when a competator dropped him in it with the tax man Has to millets , have a set on my series 1 Airsporter S.

    Ive got a koby gc2 have to agree stunning stock in fit and finish just a little plain as they are made of mahogany.

    Most of them, including mine, are in Sapele!! ooh look, here`s another one ...... in Sapele!!

    I allways wanted one, a gc2 and a stock by MR K., and what ever wood there are Sapeli or Mahoganey there top. to my mind.
