Nice, if your pistol is not a pig and takes 5mins to get the cylinder out, (it would be perfect for the nitro conversions where you do have to take out the cylinder to load it)

I'd buy both of those to test against what I have, only downside I can see is wooden construction, would like to see it in person

I used 6mm ply, for the back I glued 3bits together with exterior grade wood glue, the base is 2bits again glued, then glued together with the back and sides then nailed, all the joints had more glue just to fill any little gaps, then 3 coats of yacht varnish, so it's not exactly flimsy (I use it or my .44 roger & spencer bp)
Thanks to the construction of ply (and the glues used to make it) it can be stronger than a solid block of wood

I remember seeing one like it at a club 12 years ago, I knocked my one together (if it resembles a shop bought one it is purely accidental!)I had no intention of copying anything, I just made it to be functional and do the job I wanted it to do, how I wanted to do it, if you want to use the design, go ahead, just remember to tell those who ask where you got it from that you pilfered the idea from someone who put a bit of thought into how it holds the gun as you load it

But just wanted to say no disrespect ment, was only asking if that link was your design. I think we should all be able to make what we want when we need it without upset.
If you give me your design I'll gladly copy, tinker to my ways, but I think I might be re-inventing the wheel, my needs may differ to yours but I'm sure results will stay the same.

The problem is there is no designe it was just pistol, pencil, plywood! The wood at the back was profiled (on the opening in the back for the cylinder and hammer, where the hammer sits at 1/2 cock to enable the cylinder to rotate, a bit more was removed)
