    Help with AA400 please

    OK so stripped the 400 down replaced all seals gun working ok no leaks but down on power 740 fps so stripped again to adjust the firing pot ,but now when i try to fill air keeps coming out of the exhaust valve hole . do i need a new exhaust valve and spring ?

    Have you cocked the rifle before trying to fill?

    Yes Neil ,the cylinder has only the filler valve and the other end with the firing pot attached and the gauge but it starts to leak as soon as i try and fill.

    Have you backed the pot off too far? What offset did you set it to?

    58mm from base of pot to top.

    the bolt is not set.
    will try. call me an arse. you have not got the bolt right. the seal on the back is not right. you have put the seals in the wrong place.?
    someone that has my rifles knows i talk sh1t but get it right.
    the only thing i can find wrong is the nut on the steering wheel.

    Sorted i was trying to fill it tooooo slowly a quick blast and it,s ok I hope.
