My wife and i will be at the NEC for the BBC GARDENERS WORLD EVENT on 11and15 th of june. I will try and fit in a visit to the motor cycle museum, are their any good shops dealing in collectable airguns nearby?we will be staying near ACOCK GREEN, ATB, Ray.

City Air Weapons in Lyndon Road, Olton usually has some interesting collectables. A good old-fashioned suburban gunshop of the type that is sadly rare these days. It's the next suburb on from Acocks Green when going towards Solihull. Easy to visit on your way to the Motorkbike Museum. I am not sure what the opening hours are so give them a phone call on 0121 742 1329 before travelling. No, I don't work for CAW, I just think it is important to support local shops. Enjoy your visit to Birmingham. My family used to run a factory in Acocks Green so I have many memories of that area.
