Normally, I would steer well clear of a vendor that has a gun I would like, has email, but when contacted says he cannot post pics. That was my initial reaction when I saw an ad for a Brummie Tempest 177 for £60 in an airgun mag this month. Phoned him, had a chat, decided he sounded honest, took a punt & sent the cash. If it went belly up & it was a heap of carp, at least I'd have some spares for the Hurricane.
Turned up today, with original box inner, handbook, & g'tee. Hardly a mark on it, & shoots really sweet.
Trouble is, it's fed the addiction...but how long before I need another hit...

Had a similar experience on G* a lovely boxed Crosman SA6 for £75. Thought it was too cheap to be genuine, but arrived in 24 hours.
