    diana mod 66 diopter wheel square nut pictures help :)

    Hi there I have a mod 66 diopter with missing wheel and square nut but they are very rare so was thinking of fabricating one could someone who owns one kindly send me some close up pics of the wheel and square nut out of situe so I have an idea of what I neef to make and how the mechanism works ... as always thanks in advance

    Its an 8mm square section with the corners turned off to a 10mm diameter and threaded, looks like 0.75mm pitch (quick compare against rule under a glass, not got a thread gauge handy). Total length 6mm, and the bottom face is gro0ved to match the top of the dovetail on the gun.
    The wheel is 34mm diameter, 3mm thick, knurled outer edge, drilled and tapped to match the thread on the square.
