Sussex Interclub HFT 2015 - Round 4 Results

Hi everyone

BIG thanks to the crew at Horsham, who had clearly put in a lot of effort to find new lanes for us to throw a pellet at a target.

What a MONSTER turnout – 82 entries in total and rarely beaten in SIHFT history. Much of that down to a significant number of visitors from, well, all over the place. This included a big contingent from Meon Valley with no fewer than 16 (!!), plus MAD (3), Cambridge (1), Wendover (4) and Springfield (1) and resulted in a somewhat richer than usual bonus bunny ‘pot’. Lots and lots of you to have fun in Horsham Hawks woodland, and to weep in the field – it sure made me cry, after dropping just two from pegs 11 to 30 I then plated pegs 1 to 4 inclusive, only slightly made up for by knocking over the free stander. Hey ho … that’s shootin for you.

The above table reflects correction to one error I spotted while compiling this report. Dave Standing (Swallows FTC) shot in Recoiling Class but was initially down as Open. This means he should have been granted a Silver rather than Bronze badge. Please remind me to swap colours for you, Dave, and well done.
