Seriously, though, The Captain boasts the most upper class mobile residence present at The Bash. Had a brief encounter there a few weeks ago; very, very nice and he's a seasoned Boingerman and is well placed to advise on any, er, needs!!

Hopefully, Mick and Kev will decide that there's sufficient interest for Kev to attend....truly scrumptious food. All day sausage and bacon baps and hot and cold drinks. I think full breakfasts, if required, in the mornings. And Kev's absolutely wonderful Hog Roast cobs on the Saturday evening.....nom, nom, nom...truly special.
Trust me, I have needs, very special needs !! Watch out Bongo, you sound like my Mentor !

As mentioned before, Paul, I think you possess all the attributes of becoming a long term, committed Boingerman.

    Nice one.

Good choice for a mentor, actually. The man is honestly all that and a bag of chips.

(and a hot water bottle, and a KitKat).

Stuff it, I'll settle for a 4 finger kit Kat and a twin sleeping bag if he can get me good enough to go vermin shooting. Take as long as you like Bongo x

    Dave; I'd absolutely love to!

To be able to get there on the Friday night and stay over for a couple of nights and savour the night-time, er, activities and beer fuelled banter would be superb. And not driving for a couple of days but just absorbing the Quigley Hollow ambience would be so very relaxing.

And savouring the full four-fingered Bongo treatment would be a special treat, I'm sure!!
At least he likes John Smith's, my favourite brew!

BUT, Brembo, my old lurcher, is getting on a bit. She's just turned 13 now. I thought I was going to lose her last year, but she pulled through and seems not too bad now. I don't think this graceful old girl would enjoy the drive down. And, at home, she is NOT a family pet. The Mrs doesn't like her one bit, so all the walking and feeding duties are down to me (which I don't mind one bit, as I love this little doggy and she provides my little outdoor escapes twice daily).

We had once talked about both coming down and camping out for a Bash at some point.....we'll see.
