    Boinger Bash Latest News

The Summer issue of Airgun World has just arrived, and on pages 51, 52 and 53, there's a superb article about this summer's Boinger Bash.

The author is none other than our own TonyL

Nice one Terry, for commissioning the article, and Tony.

The boy Tony did well, didn't he? I just hope he can handle the fan mail, groupies and offers of lucrative consultancies as well as you do, Jim.

All praise too, to Neil 180 for his excellent photography and his efforts to get the pics to me in time. Same goes for our Mick - T20 - and his good lady wife, for being the perfect hosts. Well done, all!

That Boinger Bash looks like a proper bit of fun, and I'm definitely going to get myself to one soon. I may even bring along my beloved Emily for a plinkabout - she'd like that.

Bless the Boingers, and the success of this event is all the proof needed that when good people get together, wonderful things can happen. Take a bow, everyone.

I've been reading with interest about the boinger bash on here and it sounds like a thoroughly enjoyable event. I think I'll nip out and buy a copy myself.

    Well done Tony.

(I wonder if "Writers do it 'til their hands cramp" would be a suitable user tag... )

    Hiya Mel

Me neither, it was a meta... metaforic... imaginary hat.

Like the bushel he's been hiding his light under!

I'm well proud of 'Our Tone' though

(I also couldn't find a copy of the new AGW, yet).

    Cool Thank You.

    Thank you to all......

To Terry for giving me the opportunity to do a little write up for The Bash.

To Jim, Neil and Mick for your support.

To Mick and Shirl for your tireless work and commitment to the event.

And to everyone who comes along to The Bash and make it the very special event that it is. Without your continued support it just couldn't happen. And it's flourishing into something so very, very special, of that there is no doubt.

Just hope my ramblings do The Bash justice.

    Thanks, Jim.

That means a lot, coming from my favourite ever writer (but don't tell Terry!)

    A big thank you, Terry.

And yes; yes, please come along and let us all see Emily play.

Was that a Pink Floyd song?
