BSA No8 Aperture Sight With Parker 6 Hole Adjustable Iris

    Gentlemen

Have come across the above bolted to a martini target rifle I have to chop up.

What do they go for these days?

    Cheers!

i'm sure someone will chip in with a likely value - but without pics hard to identify which one, and hence relevance to attaching to a 'vintage' airgun.
If you have a look at the link below, it shows the range from an original brochure. Bearing in mind the different sizes (which are obviously intended for different rifles) - which is it?

Hi Richard, there are several P/H variations, so more info needed, but between £65-£100+ on a good day on that auction site.

What's so wrong with the BSA that it needs chopping up?
The South of England has 2 good things, the M1 and the A1. Both will take you to Yorkshire.

    Probably beyond economic repair.

    Hi,

I would agree with Ed's estimation of around £60-£100 for a private sale, but would probably go nearer the higher end due the six hole eyepiece.

    Regards

IIRC, the one with the shortest stem is not suitable for fitting to prewar BSA air rifles, due to having insufficient vertical adjustment.
