Goes by the name P E Griffiths. Trades on gunstar. Brought a venom sling off him, he failed to mention it was in two pieces so i sent it back stating so, phoned him and emailed him, finally got an answer saying he got the sling but i can forget a refund. Please take care when buying from this guy. I've only lost £40 but others may not be so lucky? Mach 1.5

How did you pay him? If through paypal, start a claim. If with a credit card, get the card provider on to it to claim it back.

And Gunstar are about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard when it comes to transactions that go wrong. They had no interest whatsoever when I had a bad experience a couple of years ago.

Maybe individually we should all email the dealer in question and mention the case together with the fact that we wont be buying anything from him and will do our best to post on as many forums as possible.

If you returned the item & he has kept it & refused a refund then contact trading standards as that is not lawful, if he's a dealer they'll do him.

Agreed, I'm aware there is two sides to a story and everything but in this case, it sounds like an exploitative fellow is taking advantage of our sport. Lets kick him in the goolies. Derek
