    HW99 muzzle weight

    http://i953.photobucket.com/albums/a...pslfazw1zs.jpg

Thought you might like to see this
It has a small plenum chamber in front of the muzzle to try to do some silencing but the main purpose is to add weight which it does nicely
I will get it blued when I have some other things to send
    Hope you like it.

    Like it?

    Nah, I love it.

    Very nicely done, Max.

    And is that a CS500?

I saw CraigP's "Little Barsteward" last week, with his CS stock and shroud - lovely, too!

Yes thanks Tony, it is the CS500, there are few more pics in the album showing the stock but pre muzzle weight. I will send it to Colin Molloy eventually but it doesn't look too bad in the white for the time being. Just had a plink with it and its shooting well with falcons and AA field.

That looks great, I am toying with buying 99s, but I wanted to re-stock in a cs500 but did not think they were available from cs for this model?

I had the undoubted pleasure of having a shot with your "old" 99/50S at last week's Bash.

The nickel/moderated/black stocked and "Shauny tweaked" one. Very, very nice matey.

was it the .177 or the .22,as have done both in the stainless ,?must say that the .22 was a much nicer gun to
shoot, not as sharp as the .177. if you thought that the silver gun was good,my latest 2 99s are even smoother,
and find that the full length barrel guns shoot much nicer than the shorter factory threaded barrels of the 50s.
ive got a few pics of the insides of my latest, if you interested, pm me yr e mail and i will send a few pics.

Not sure about more accurate as it has always been good but changing the stock from standard seemed to change which pellets it preferred and now adding the weight seems to of changed it again. Pre the weight I was on Falcons which it still shoots well but I tried AA field and they seem much better than they were edging it over the Falcons when I tried it last night, though it was windy and it could of been me!

Hi John, I cant really go into production on them, I get a freind to sort the turning out, but I could send you a drawing so if you know a guy with a lathe he could make them for you? Mine is steel by the way.
