Snider Carbine info

Could anyone give me any info on this Snider Carbine in my possession I cant see any military markings anywhere.

its commercial made mk3 as the stamp * 25* denotes this.
mk3 as it as a catch to release breech....it should say steel on the barrel as they were porpose built rather than converted p1853 rifles
