    Silencer for TX200 Mk3

I was thinking about getting a silencer for this rifle. I know it comes with an internal moderator thingy but was wondering if a proper silencer makes it any quieter. Anyone got suggestions?

    Thank you.

A silencer will certainly spoil the looks of this rifle. I really wouldn't bother as the built-in one makes it pretty quiet. Remember also with a springer that the noise of the mechanism rather than the air blast is hard to moderate in any significant way.

Agree 100% with Nick... there's no point in an extra silencer. Hide behind a tree, and ask a friend ot fire the TX down range past you, you can hardly hear a thing. If you're shooting rabbits in a group, for example, a second bunny is more likely to be spooked by his neighbour copping it, than by the noise of a springer. (PCP's are a different story, however..!)
