Enjoy your 900x - I'd be interested to hear how you get on with it...

Well had a Tin of pellets through the gun now , and Iv got to say I'm amazed , for the price the quality and performance are great , barell locks up nice and tight and it's doing good groups at about 20 yards with the open sights , Iv orderd a scope and some decent mounts so when they arrive il put the gun through its paces at about 30-35 yards and see how I get on , brilliant gun so far it's the fastest Iv ever gone trough pellets lol , hitting the spinners a good 8 out of ten times I'm realy impressed , Iv also done a small mod to the moderator , I took of the end cap lovingly with a screw driver and removed the baffle , removed the standard wadding and made my own from a piece of bandage and cotton wool , and wrapped them tightly with normal sewing cotton to avoid it all falling apart when re fitting and Iv got to say all you here when you fire the gun is a small twang witch is to be expected and the pellet hitting the target so that went well for me as a first try lol

So I gues what I'm saying is I'd recomend this to anyone who's thinking of buying one , I quickly got used to the trigger too !

Still thinking of adding the 60 s to the collection but I'm tempted for a 99s . Although I will be using them both the same amount if I do .

I can't se myself getting rid of the 900x any time in the near future !

What calibre 900x did you go for - and what scope did you end up with?

Never bothered with a moderator on a springer - and the 99s certainly doesn't need one. I use mine for hunting and haven't missed out on a shot because of it...
