    'Toy' Walther LP53

Anyone seen one of these before?

Looks like the makers based a cap pistol on the 'From Russia With Love' images featuring the LP53!

Fascinating. Must be the first time an airgun has been copied as a toy, as opposed to the many occasions firearms have been copied as airguns!

I wonder if the makers knew they were copying an air pistol that Bond was only holding in the publicity shots due to a props mistake?!

A very keen eye to spot that one, John.
Never seen or heard of an LP53 inspired capgun before. Most interesting.

I suspect this was probably the case Danny. Not a bad effort if all they had to go on were publicity photos.
