    One gun too many?

I would be interested in knowing what sort of number of airguns everyone owns. My wife, family and few friends think I'm crazy to own at present 14 rifles and 3 pistols. They all get their turn at the club, hunting and back garden, so I don't see the problem!!!! I'm hoping for some big numbers to shut them up! I apologise if this is old news.

Sorry peddy - at the moment just 2, but I'm hoping to make that 3 in the near future. (Have never had more than 3 at any one time anyway)...

    Presently I have...

    Rifles:

I have two full power .177 springers. A heavy FT Diana 52, and a mid weight HW95K.

Two big full power .22 U/L springers. HW77K mk1 and an early low serial Eclipse mk1.

A spring powered recoil-less .177 match rifle. Diana Model 66.

PCPs I have are an old Ripley Shilouette .177 (FT, HFT, plinking, or hunting as it's small and light enough for anything).

Skan Superior .22 cal. 32 shot takedown for plinking and hunting.

Alros Trailsman single shot takedown for pretend assasinations / plinking / hunting in the smaller cal.

    Pistols:

One match IZH-46 and one semi-match HW75. Both SSP pistols.

A .22 Nemesis for plinking / match in the gentlemans calibre.

A TFW 1911 co2 for that kind of blowback BB fun (when it works).

And 4 older / mildly collectible pistols with no real point. I was once a bit of a pistol collector, but I don't want to be one again.

So thats 8 rifles / 8 pistols... and a fair balance of different guns for different situations.

I reckon I could lose the Eclipse, lose the oldie pistols, maybe lose the HW95K, and I'm not satisfied with the IZH-46, so it'd be nice to upgrade to a FWB 100 series pistol... then I could get rid of the HW75... and I probably need a .177 Rapid or something

Good thread. Sorry to ramble on, but its helping me think

Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in

Only two at the moment, an FX Cutlass carbine and a Kalibrgun Cricket standard, both .22 and both FAC. Hoping to add a Benjamin Marauder carbine to the collection at some point.

I've dropped mine to 6 rifles and 1 pistol now; 1 for every day of the week!
    That's 2 x .177 PCP s
    1 x .177 springer
    1 x .22 springer
    1 x .22 semi auto rf
    1 x .22 bolt action rf
    1 x .177 pistol

I only target shoot now and each of these has a role. I'm planning to keep it like this now
