    Nomads Results 16/8/15 Opening Day

Today’s opening shoot at Nomads could not have gone much better. The turnout was fantastic; the weather was perfect with only the lightest of breezes. The few stoppages down to sub-standard split-rings on the strings. Other than that it was great to see faces old and new and it seemed like everyone enjoyed the course despite some shocking results.

Regardless, it was a great opening shoot and top honours went to Matt Hipkiss with a 55, closely followed by Dave Hunter & Darrin Lynn. Perry Broad took top spot in the springers returning a very credible 50. Those shade targets really causing some problems for many yet others said they had no problems at all ??

Massive thanks to those who came to support us today and thanks to those who have helped out with donations of equipment; it all makes a difference.

Hopefully we can announce the grand opening in the very near future now we have found our feet. See you all soon.

    Mick

Sounds like the event was a success and that all the planning and hard work was rewarded.

    Glad all enjoyed it.
