Cheers Dave we'll do our best to make it as good as last year. In fact were hoping to make it better. If we get anywhere close to last years amount it would be fantastic.

    Loads of fun

As well as the main event we'll be having a couple of fun competitions before the shoot. We have a couple of ideas to tempt you into having a go. We'll be selling raffle tickets on the day for some great prizes, top of the shop being a £100 gift voucher.

Not forgetting the minor fact that the score card draw winner walks away with a big smile and a BSA XL Tactical to play with.

    Cool Finding Us

For those who haven't been with us before please drive carefully on the farm. There will be signs out on site to show you how to find us. The final road is an unpaved one through the forest but at the end of it we have a large hard standing car park.
You'll see our banner as you drive in. From there follow the signs and the blue rope which will guide you to registration and the plinking range. Try not to wander off or you WILL get lost. We alwats used to and still do on occassion. if you do get lost watch out for the Sasquatch.

Looking forward to seeing you all there. The long range weather forcast looks good but what the heck, its HFT and we shoot in all weathers. Lol

    Cheers
    Terry

    Looking Good

It looks like the weather gods are with us. The BBC forecast for Sunday is a balmy 16 deg with some sunshine and light cloud.

Perfect weather for a days HFT in ad if a good cause.

Oh and if you do get lost and see the Sasquatch remember its a protected species.

    Event Datails

Only two days left to Sundays HRPC St Catherine’s Hospice Charity Shoot
The suns supposed to be shining so it will be a great day to come shooting in support of a brilliant cause.
The shoot itself is free but we do have donation buckets out for St Catherine’s and all contributions will be gratefully accepted.
Booking in and plinking range are open from 9am and we have a couple of “Fun” side competitions lined up from 9:30 am.
The Safety Brief will be held at 11 am followed by the main shoot, please note that you HAVE to be at the safety brief to take part in the main event. This shoot is open to ALL repeat ALL safe shooters of UK legal air rifles. If you’re new to HFT please make us aware of that at the time of booking in and you will be paired off with an experienced shooter. As always minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Following the main shoot we will have any shoot offs needed to decide the winners and award the prizes.
We will be having an auction in aid of St Catherine’s after the prize giving. Bring plenty of dosh as the manufacturers and our supporters have been very generous in their donations so we have some cracking lots on offer.
The raffle will follow the auction; top prize is a £100 gift voucher so it’s worth having a go. Tickets will be on sale from the new plinking range.
To close out the event in the traditional all completed score cards will be entered into a draw and one winner drawn out. They will then be presented with the top prize of the day a BSA Tactical XL Rifle. You have to be there to win it though. If you’re not at the draw and your cards drawn you lose out and we will draw another card.

It’s at Holmbush Farm off the A264 between Horsham and Crawley. The address is Crawley Rd, Faygate, Horsham RH12 4SE. Follow the signs on site to our location.
Hope you see loads of you there on Sunday.

    Tommorow is the day

Tomorrow is the HRPC St Catherine's Charity Shoot. Its free to enter bit we would of course encourage any donations you might want to make, after all the aim is to make money. The course is looking awesome and the weather reports are good so it has all the makings of a great event.

This competition is open to ALL safe shooters of UK legal air rifles. If your new to or inexperienced at HFT let us know when you register and we'll make sure your paired off with an experienced shooter.

Registration and the plinking range are open from 9am and we're looking to have the safety brief and start the shoot at 11 am.

We have a couple of HFT themed fun events set up for you. These will open at 9:30 and the entry is a measly £1 per go. There are some prizes for these but if you win them the bragging right will be worth it on their own.

Following the shoot itself we are holding an auction for some of the goodies we have. Bring some money because you WILL want to bid on these. Just wait till you see them.

After the Auction there will be the raffle, tickets available on the day from Tarnya.

Proceedings will close with the Score Card Draw. The wining card drawn gets a BSA Tactical XL Rifle. You have to be there to win it though. Leave early and if your cards the luck one drawn you will miss out as we will draw another.

Remember all proceeds from the day will go to St Catherine's Hospice. Any donation you make, the money raised from the auction and raffle and everything from the side shoots goes 100% to St Catherine's

    Hope to see you tomorrow

    Terry

Terry, Rob, Alan, Tarnya et all

What a brilliant day! The weather and course were perfect, the latter a real challenge. A lot of work went into making it all happen. Massive thanks and respect to you all.

And to cap it all we made a few quid for St Cate's.

I look forward to shooting it again in a couple of weeks and improving on my medocre score.

    Thanks again to everyone,
We really enjoyed the course today, my mate John is now an HFT convert having not done it before and can't wait to do it again, hope you raised a few quid for a very worthwhile charity.
We will both be down again soon.
